I have built several custom GPT’s, and today I found myself unable to update the files on one of them.
I tried with the others (two other custom GPTs), and the same.
I tried with a new one, same result.
I tried iwth a different browser, erasing cookies and cache and even a different computer, and cannot upload a file to any of my custom GPTs.
Is there a problem with this? I am checking in https://status.openai.com/ that there was a problem with ChatGPT having the ability to browse the web, but it states that it has been resolved. Could it be related to it? Who can I report it to?

Facing a similar issue, my assistants that use vector store are not working.
All those problems could also - hopefully - indicate that something is changing to the better. In the end.
Was flaky for me this morning as well. Worked sometimes, and not others.

I wrote to OpenAI support and they asked for more information (file size, type, etc), and when I was about to reply them back, I tried again and it worked.
I don’t know if it was a coincidence or if they did something, but it is working right now. I truly hope it works for you all.
I had a problem with previously uploaded files disappearing after adding new files to the custom GPT. A workaround has been to delete all files and upload them again, along with the new ones.
