Custom GPTs Unable to Access Uploaded Files – Issue Started Today

Hello,

I’m experiencing an issue with my Custom GPTs. They are unable to find information from the uploaded files, even though the data is clearly there. This isn’t happening with just one GPT—I have multiple Custom GPTs with uploaded files, and all of them are behaving the same way. The issue started today. Is there a solution to this problem?

I am facing the same issue. For me it started yesterday. Really strange, everything was working for me perfectly well and all of sudden it is no longer able to get data from the knowledge files.

Same here. I literally asked my custom GPT to look at the uploaded source and give me a summary. Its response was that “it looks like there is no direct examples in the uploaded files”.

Is OpenAI acknowleding this issue of “dumb” GPT?

Same here, with ChatGPT Plus. I get 400: Failed to load resource /backend-api/ada/parse_xls/ This issue has been persistent for me since 11 March. Same with download links (ChatGPT unable to create them). Reported to support, posted here too, no resolution yet.
