I managed to add my card details but now can’t buy credits. Keep getting “We couldn’t process your payment. If this issue persists, please contact us through our help center at https://help.openai.com.”.
I see this has been a bug in the past. Anyone else having the same issue or know of a fix?

Quick update, so despite getting the error message, I was in fact billed for each attempt made 
I guess it’s still a bug though or a cruel way to make more revenue.
It is down for me and so far I haven’t seen any credits come through and I’m still getting quota blocks on my api calls.
It doesn’t work for me either. I’ve added funds, and the credit balance has been updated, but perhaps the backend system of OpenAI hasn’t updated yet, so I still can’t send API requests.
