Invited to Team Workspace doesn't work

We were experiencing various different issues with it not working. The one solution that seemed to work well is completely log out of ChatGPT, clear cache/cookies, then make sure you are logged into your company ChatGPT, or whichever login you are using for Teams. People with personal accounts were getting messed up because it was trying to log them in to that account instead of their corporate login.

I’m facing the same issue. I canceled my personal paid subscription, completely logged out and cleared the cookies, but I still can’t seem to be able to join the team workspace

Me and several of my team mates are facing the same problem and are not able to join our company’s workspace

Ditto here, just have 2 people but the other can’t join after clicking the link and seeing a message on the login page that he was invited.

Phone → email client → app seems to be the working method

I tried it with the app, and with the web. Nothing seems to work.

We are facing the same issue. How to resolve it?

Any updates about the issue? Our team has many members except only one person can not join even if we invite her with the correct credentials. Is it because she had no subscription before?

Glad to report that I tried again today and it worked. No idea if this is an intermittent issue, or if it was fixed
