Here’s are a list of international virtual cards you can get when you live outside the US that I’ve found work with the OpenAI API. Please post any cards you’ve tried successfully below and I’ll add them here.

Being based outside the USA I’ve had multiple, annoying issues trying to pay for the OpenAI API. Raising a ticket gets the generic response “Contact your bank issuer” and I’ve read multiple threads here from people having the same problem. Posting this so people don’t have to sit on their hands waiting weeks for a generic response from support.
