I am writing to appeal the cancellation of my ChatGPT Plus subscription. I was surprised and disappointed to receive the email informing me that my subscription had been canceled due to suspicious activity on my account.
I want to assure you that I did not engage in any fraudulent activity on my account. I have been using ChatGPT Plus to help me develop applications, and I believe that my use of the platform has been entirely legitimate.
I understand that you take fraud prevention seriously, and I appreciate your efforts to keep the platform safe and secure for all users. However, I believe that this action has been taken in error, and I would like to request that my account be reinstated.

I also meet the problem. How to handle it ๏ผ
I donโt even know why I got canceled. To be honest Iโm just a consumer. There is zero explanation from anybody about this. I have emailed them multiple times. Just a regular person. I am inquisitive and curious and I am experimenting with this technology. I donโt feel I did anything inappropriate, at all. I was not satisfied with a search result and I said to the search bar that I was questioning why Iโm paying for this when Google gives it to me for free. I was asking for a list of California billionaires and their political affiliation . The Search bot denied me the list and said it was private and I should look it up myself county by county . Thatโs when I insisted that Google gave me a list for free. It looks like it had a temper tantrum. This is the honest to God story. I got kicked off for asking for a list of billionaires in California as a talking point to people. Chat GPT, open AI, just arbitrarily stopped my access with no explanation. Most of the time I look up ABA stuff and religion and historical questions. I am a total square and I find this totally frightening.
It resumed a little while later but then it was off and I got the email of a refund for almost an entire month. My cycle is a few days away from ending. Did I really upset somebody that much? Am I talking to a machine or a person? And my conversation does not meet this result. I didnโt swear. Be demeaning. This thing arbitrarily refunded my money. Kicked me off the platform. The machine is alive. Nothing I said rose up to this. Itโs absolutley bizarre.
