If you don't want developers to use GPT-5, then don't release it

I’ve been a Tier five user account since last year.

I still need to get my organization verified to access GPT-5 and GPT-5-mini

I tried to verify my account through Organization settings to access the protected models on my laptop and it sent me a link, so i opened it on my phone and i passed the Persona ID Check 3 days ago.

However, the problem is that in the playground, when i tried to use the protected models, it said i haven’t been verified and the verification button still exists in the settings.

I waited for 3 days and I still have those problems. Then i tried to verify again but it tells me the verfication link is expired and there is clearly no button to let it send me a new link. I felt unfair that i just got passed and still it’s just a waste of time and have nothing else to do..

This is so furious.:enraged_face:

I tried to make contact with the support teams. Guess what, just wait another 2-3 days.

Why not make a refresh button to send a new link?? Not to mention Openai doesn’t even include Q&A about how to solve this when you passed the verification successfully and still nothing happens???

Hi @lhh123, sorry this experience has been so frustrating.

Can you:

1) write into support@openai.com with the email you're using on the forums

2) include the (previously) Tier 5 account email, if it's different and

3) let me know here once you've done that so I can track the message down and help you directly.
