I paid to reactivate my account, but instead it created 2 new workspaces

When I tried to reactivate my account, it led me to a billing screen, I paid and instead of reactivating it created TWO new workspaces for me. I want my original workspace reactivated. I reached out to the chat and emailed but have yet to receive a response. Can someone please help me with this?

now they are saying, it’s because I went down from 3 users to 2 users, that’s why it could not reactivate my workspace and why they created a new workspace. I would like all of my material from the old workspace then transferred to the new workspace.

Same boat. I don’t want to pay extra. I need them to transfer my payment from the new workspace it created to the account I need them to reactivate and I am just getting the same message to reactivate my account.
