Active subscription locked behind a deactivated workspace

After few days :
:locked: Account locked.
:collision: Error: Current account is undefined in DeactivatedWorkspaceModal
:cyclone: Reactivation? Blank page. Infinite loop.

The reality:

  • Can’t access personal or team workspace

  • UI crashes on DeactivatedWorkspaceModal

  • All /backend-api/ calls return 402 — while subscription is active

  • Can’t leave the deactivated workspace to return to my personal plan

  • I don’t want the workspace back. Just detach my account so I can use what I pay for.

Fix it. Escalate it. Stop the silence.

I have same issue, business account, case # 07063870 , stuck on account deactivated.

It did not work, I tried logging in again, multiple methods, I am still being redirected to an absolutely blank page. Here is the console log from the web browser:
