So despite being very early to apply for the waitlist, and been paying for plus for sometime, I still get to watch everyone else suddenly jump to the front of the line while waiting for these features? Doesn’t seem at all fair- very poorly thought out implementation creating bad feeling.

Sharing the frustration here. I’ve been paying the $20/mo to get a head start on new features. What am I paying for, other than faster responses?

Same frustration here, we’ve become chatgpt plus since March, the earliest plus users, and up to now, we still queued on waitlist and can’t enjoy any additional beta features.

Same here. I use chatpgt on a day-2-day basis and subscribed to plus for a while now and I feel left behind in this despite my high activity usage.

Same here. It can’t be that hard to give paying customers what they pay for. That’s kind of the point of paying, no?

same here, I have no idea how to turn the beta features on.

Pretty sure I need to cancel my plan and try to get another one.

Can’t even get a single response on PC anymore (still works on mobile phone/tablet) and I definitely haven’t received a single new feature since March despite being a paying customer since the beginning.

Ever since the icon color changed to purple I get error messages when typing on browsers.

If after this week I don’t see beta features then it’s clear my account fell through the cracks and is screwed up.

Same here, I’m a Plus user since 2 months and I still don’t have access to any beta features, which, also, is like one of the reason for paying.

Any help or any news from OpenAI?
