I can access all chatgpt plus functions on my mobile phone, but for browsers it is blocked

Good afternoon community!
I have the following problem:

I have a plus account. All functions in full, work fine in the mobile app, but when I enter through the browser page, a strange thing happens. It doesn’t work neither search the internet, nor images, nor o1. And I have been switched to the previous model gpt4. I have changed different browsers, cleared cache and cookies, and nothing. But then I use another friend’s account on the same computer and it works perfectly on the same browser. I have removed absolutely all extensions, antivirus, used different OS, but it doesn’t work, but on the mobile it does. In fact I even used a vpn but it doesn’t work either, neither with vpn nor without it. For some reason I understand that it has blocked me with some cors in the cloudflare firewall or similar, completely the use of the openia browser for my account. Has something similar happened to you?

Any solution? Thank you.

I have exactly the same problem since yesterday .

So it’s not just me, I was worried, so I understand that in some update, it caused that incident, in fact I was testing in the console with a js to see the difference between my friend’s account and mine, and there is nothing, it only returned to me that the API responded to him when he created an image and in my account it simply did not return anything.

I also encountered this problem

Update: It’s not working in Firefox now either. ChatGPT is basically down for a good majority of us.

It’s browser related. I’m figuring out all these issues are tied together. It has something to do with Google and ChatGPT integration (regardless of search extension). On the latest Android 15 rolling update, ChatGPT is broken with the Google Play API, and on Google Chrome / Chromium based browsers, it’s like it’s logging into the premium front end, but the back end is not fully authorized leaving every single model selected to behave as the free model. Canvas doesn’t canvas, 4o doesn’t web search, o1 doesn’t reason, front end settings are ignored. Now if you switch to Firefox desktop, problem is magically solved and everything works as normal except advance voice, which is unique to Chromium browsers. Something is going on between Google and OpenAI integration.

Correct. It now works fine in Firefox, which it didn’t before, but it still doesn’t work in Edge or Chrome for example. It must be related to what you said. Thanks!

I can’t use the voice mode neither in Android 15: or doesn’t say anything, or speak with a lot of troubles, like a call with really bad signal, not good at all…

It worked great till I updated the custom ROM InfinityX from 1.7 (Android14) to 2.2 version (Android 15).

This is really annoying and frustrating, and I’m paying the subscription. Support team doesn’t tell me anything. Somebody knows when this will be solved?

Thanks in advance.
