I am not able to add credits to my org account

I am not able to add credits even after waiting for 2 days since I first got this error

This error has not been reported elsewhere.

I would first suspect the web browser, such as it having enhanced privacy turned on or an ad blocker.

It also can be mismatched locally-stored DOM settings, the local storage cache, requiring you to reset the site’s local data in the browser.

I would switch Firefox ↔ Chrome, with no extensions, and log in again on the separate web browser (expect to get an emailed login code). Then attempt to make your payment again.

Ensure your billing details are filled out and match the payment card that you’ll be using, and that the card is from a supported country and is one that is connected to “verify your identity” banking.
