I am getting an "exceeded your current quota" error but I have balance available

I have a $400 usage limit and I have only spent $260 so far this month. However, since this morning I have been receiving a “You exceeded your current quota, please check your plan and billing details.” message whenever I try to make an API call. I tried creating a new API key but the error persists.

I do not what’s going on or if it’s a bug from the API.

Please help. How can I fix this?

Here’s a question:

Have you been switched to prepay billing, like many other accounts, which requires you to purchase credits to pay for services beforehand?

Your monthly usage limit then is just an artifact. It is your lack of funds that causes the error.

Only if it says “monthly bill” would this not be the primary issue.
