I am a Plus subscriber, but I don't see Plugins in the drop down

No Access to Plugin while being a plus user

We have NOT rolled out plugins to all plus users. The release post says: “We’ll be making these features accessible via a new beta panel in your settings, which is rolling out to all Plus users over the course of the next week.” So hang tight!
