Have either of you checked for browser errors using F12
It’s not the users’ job to reset IPs or switch DNS servers for a basic image upload. There’s a threshold beyond which it’s not worth dealing with this. It’s better to temporarily suspend image uploading than to burn through users’ credits and trust. “The fact that users would have to perform complex technical steps to use a basic function is unacceptable.”

the issue is fixed now on my end.
I didn’t do anything, just suddenly started working again

Just checked, fixed for me too. So it was some kind of a bug on the OpenAI part.
