unable to upload an image/pdf in chat for solution,

Could you supply a little more information like the size of the file and which model you are using?
As far as I am aware the maximum file upload size for ChatGPT is 100 MB per file. This limit applies when you’re uploading files to share in the chat interface for analysis or interaction.
Maybe a different model will work if the one you are using does not

i am uploading only 25kb file in GPT-4O. Previously it was uploading. and since last 1 week it is not working in same system.
ok, other solutions… Make sure a valid pdf, reload the chat, try a different model. Sometimes network issues occur.
i tried all solution since last 1 week with different network but no solution got in each front.
If this works it may be a formatting issue in the PDF but that’s all I have right now sorry… If I think of anything else I will post it.
Maybe someone else will know
