How to add credits to my account

I get an email from OpenAI ask me to prepay for my account.

I try to add credits, but the max limit is 1000 USD. After paying 1000 USD, the 2nd day I try to add more credits, and find the max limit become 125 USD. So how to continue adding more credits to my account?

I try to contact OpenAI support via chat but they do not response.

Has anyone be able to contact OpenAI successfully? I use the chat and for 3 times, no one answers.
