What is the best way to reach out to them so they respond quickly and timely ?

It can be frustrating not to hear back from OpenAI’s sales team.
Since you’ve already reached out to them, how about sending an additional business plan in document form?
This might just prompt the OpenAI sales team to accelerate their response.
I imagine they are dealing with many business inquiries, so capturing their attention might be challenging, but I hope your communication with them goes smoothly.
