For the past hour, GPT-4 hasn’t been working, displaying the error: “Hmm…something seems to have gone wrong.”
Despite trying everything suggested - refreshing the browser, checking the internet connection, clearing cache and cookies, and switching browsers - the error persists.

I’m seeing the same problem. gpt3.5 works fine but something’s wrong with gpt4

Yess, it still not working with gpt4, i have tried to report two time with help centre but not helpfull at all.

I have the same problem. hopefully we have any update about this issue.
Maybe increases the chances that this gets seen & fixed - I am having the same issue for the past 7 hours approx. as well.
ChatGPT 3.5 works well but GPT4 does not.
The error occurs on any device and different browsers. Relogin does not resolve it.
Errors in Console in the following order:

and can not use ChatGPT for 2 days and got no response for my post.
For me I am using chrome Last week I was having this issue this week I am having it again it’s a reocurring issue and this is a service I pay for which is really disappointing. On my phone though it is working, really slow but still working. Anyone let me know if there is a fix for this

I have been getting also the same error consistenly since yesterday. Using chrome in a macbook with a pro account and using gpt4

Having same issue, 3.5 works but 4 is not working for last week or so
I am having issues with 4 as well. I write out everything in detail and then it just gives me “oops, an error has occured”. why am i paying for this service if you don’t supply it? This has been happening all week!

gpt 3 is working.
gpt 4 shows thr error.

I just found out that you can use gpt 4 if you screenshot and paste it as a pic but otherwise like text it still showing the errors.
Yes but only for 1 session and its laggy for me.
For me, there were no lagging issues but I managed to write all things in a notepad and put it to run, so it could generate all at once and do further comments from there onwards.
GPT-4 has been down for 2 days now on my end, both web portal and mobile application. The image/screenshot pasting trick does not work.
I have the same issue, and it has happened exactly since this Wednesday. Every time, it will show the same error message when it is using GPT 4. GPT 3.5 works. I contacted customer service but only got GPT-generated responses like cleaning cache and cookies and seeing if the app is up to date, which all have been tried.
