GPT 4 only giving red error boxes

I’m a payed subscriber, this morning I can get any 3.5 model to work but nothing works with GPT4, i only get error messages.

Been trying for 4 hours

Is this a problem related to my account?

I had same issue! I have tried different browsers, cleared cache… Not working.

I have the same problem. 3.5 is working but gpt 4 is not working. I think we have to wait they resolve the problem.

Same story. GPT-3.5 work fine, but GPT-4 does not work at all. Maybe there is some explanation from the developers?

Same here, GPT-3.5 works but GPT-4. Tried everything still not working

I just tried ChatGPT-4 and it works in the sense that if you ask it a question, it will give an answer. But when I give the bot a specification for a program, the response is very poor compared to what it was producing a week ago.

I upgraded to Plus this morning and so far I haven’t been able to use it because it always shows this error: “Something went wrong. If this issue persists please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com

The same for me since almost 24 hours ago!

ChatGPT-4 has not been working for me the entire weekend, no responses are generated whatsoever - only the error messages.

I have to say: Their help page is crap, the chatbot only suggests things that are already infront of you on the help page.
The articles are all useless, the help chatbox is useless.
I’m sick of messages that say contact us through the help centre, without giving a means of actual contact!!

I know 20 bucks a month isn’t a lot but with no way to reach anyone to even notify of them of a problem and only a community forum it feels very much like the service you get with free products.
I’m fine with that, if there’s no fiscal outlay and a possible means of resolving issues.

However, I’m not ok with that level of service if I’m paying, I don’t care how little you think I’m paying, I don’t care how cool the toy is, if it’s broken it’s value is zero.

THERE NEEDS TO BE A MEANS OF CONTACTING STAFF FOR WHEN THINGS LIKE THIS OCCUR.
THIS ISN’T SOMETHING A CUSTOMER CAN FIX VIA A FORUM

Include something so after 5 or so consecutive error messages the error message offers a means of sending an error report or something if you don’t want to give direct access to staff.

I don’t care what the solution is tbh, even if your solution is kicking me from the service, but there needs to be something done

I believe the “browser” version is 3.5 enhanced. Not 4.

4 working just fine. Only one out of five browser 3.5 responses complete, the other four are incomplete and become a nasty, illegible red on black. (Dark mode).

My account is limited to using ChatGPT3.5, but I have a subscription to Plus.
