For some reason ChatGPT cannot hear my voice whenever I am sharing my screen. I checked security settings and everything seems to be in order. It’s specifically only when I click the share screen option that ChatGPT can no longer hear me. I’ve tried on multiple devices Mac, Windows laptop, and Windows PC. All of these platforms have the same issues.
Please let me know if you’re experiencing this or have a fix!
Hi there, I am also experiencing this on Chrome, Edge and ChatGPT Windows app. I tried allowing ChatGPT all permissions, restarting my workstation, disabling/enabling exclusive control of mic, asking ChatGPT how to fix it… no luck

The same is true for Windows 11 and Chrome. In the desktop application, pressing the screen share button simply does nothing.
We are having the same issue on Windows 11 in Chrome.
Same on mac and chrome, using 4o
Same with macbook air / chrome. Haven’t tried the mac app yet. Only browser.

Seems like the feature (as well as video mode) have been turned off. Assuming the flag will be back on when the issue is resolved
Are there any official updates regarding this matter?
