I was using scholar gpt for finding research papers until this happened.
GPT not found or insufficient permissions. Please verify the GPT exists, and ensure that your account has the necessary permissions and that there are no workplace restrictions preventing access.
I’m assuming “Scholar GPT” is some kind of custom GPT?
You don’t technically need a custom GPT for this. You could simply click that globe button (The third button from the left), and ask
Could you find peer reviewed research papers on [subject here]? Please use google scholar as much as possible for this, and emphasize articles that would be cited for my [thesis/paper/etc]
And wamo, it should provide you with papers and the links to those sources. You can specify whatever quality you’d want, and for the most part it does a pretty good job with it too.
For whatever reason, it just looks like that custom GPT isn’t accessible anymore, which is simply outside of your control. Thankfully, most of those things are redundant and unnecessary, so you’re not missing out on what you think you are .
