I’m a paid ChatGPT Plus user, and for the past 5+ days, GPT-4 has been crashing, freezing, or stalling repeatedly across multiple browsers, devices, and networks. Support (via email and live chat) acknowledged the issue but has not provided a fix or escalated the case, despite repeated asks.
I rely on this for my work. I’ve cleared cache, used incognito, tried different networks and devices. Others seem to be experiencing something similar. Can someone from OpenAI please escalate this?
