Hi,
I have a plus account but cannot find any way at all to contact support. The message feature tells me everything is 100% operational, but it is not. I have tried for several days now, different browsers, incognito, clearing cache etc. but the GPT-4 model that I am paying for never returns a response.
3.5 is fine, very fast and no hiccups. But 4 doesn’t work at all.
Can anyone help with this? Is there some trick to make it work?

I’ve had the same issue for 2 days now. 3.5 works fine, but 4 hasn’t worked at all. Why did I pay $20 if I could use 3.5 for free? Will I be reimbursed? Will the company acknowledge this issue any time soon? Like a public announcement/statement? You can’t even contact any support either. The “help” center is useless on this issue. Lol. Just got scammed. $20 for broken gpt-4.
