ChatGPT stuck – old chats not working since Jan 27, support ignores the issue

Hello!
I am a ChatGPT Plus subscriber, but since January 27, my old chats have been stuck – they do not update, do not respond, while new chats work fine. I have tried all standard troubleshooting steps:
:white_check_mark: Cleared cache and cookies.
:white_check_mark: Tried different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge) and incognito mode.
:white_check_mark: Logged in from different devices (PC, phone, tablet).
:white_check_mark: Checked OpenAI server status – no reported issues.
:white_check_mark: Created a new chat – it works, but old chats remain frozen.
I contacted OpenAI support, but they keep ignoring the issue and sending generic replies. Instead of solving the problem, they just offered me a refund, as if that would fix anything!
This is unacceptable for a paid service, especially when ChatGPT is used for work and content creation.
