GPT-4 doesn't work on webpage, only on IOS app

I just upgraded my plan on the IOS app to GPT4 and it works fine in the app but when i login on the webpage, it keeps the GPT4 locked and says i need to upgrade my plan

Log out. Log back in. See if your user rights are then updated.

I’ve also been having this problem. I’ve found out that GPT-4 consistently works when using the app, but it only sporadically works anywhere else. Refreshing the page several times initially shows GPT-4 available, but it will continue using GPT 3.5 if you try to send any messages or start any conversation with it.

Logging in and out doesn’t solve anything from the testing I’ve done, as the issue also appears with any other browser I try to log into, even mobile browsers.

I’m also seeing the same problem, and the forum is filled with similar complaints. And no, logging out and logging back in doesn’t fix it. Nor does clearing caches, changing login methods or anything else. It’s a bug on their backend, and support is MIA.
