No access to gpt 4 but have been pay as you go customer since July

Like the title says, I’ve had a paid account since July but I’m unable to access GPT 4.

Is there something I need to do?

This question would be if you currently have an older account that is on a “pay-as-you-go” plan, with monthly billing, using your previously-entered credit card.
