Trying to upload files to vector store both with api as well as playground does not work, the files do get uploaded but doesn’t get linked to vector store. Hope this gets addressed and fixed on priority. Thank you!

I am facing the same issue and came here to report it.
This is a major issue for us and I am getting complaints from our users. OpenAI please prioritise this one

Also, same issue! Tried on playground. File is not being attached to vector store.
To stress: I’m usually using the API to upload and create vector stores. My customer is not impressed, right now.

Same here! No uploads since 3 hours ago…. Just tried on the dashboard, and the same, is in_progress forever.

Hello @OpenAI_Support , this is the second or third time in this month we are facing issues with the Open AI Vector store and its association of files. Could you please resolve this ASAP and provide RCA?
Edit: If this cannot be resolved sooner and keeps repeating, then we will have to think about moving to standalone Vector DBs and that will raise question on why “Open AI” LLM? It could then be Claude or something else, right? @OpenAI_Support, please suggest and provide an ETA for resolution.
