When I’m creating a new vector storage and uploading files with that vector store, I don’t see the files listed on the vector store. But I can see the files listed on the files tab.
So basically the files are upload to openAI but not attaching to vector store. I’m facing this problem today, it was working fine the last day. Is there any issue with openAI?
Hi Fahod, Myself and others are facing this issue, it started last night around 8 hours ago, definitely 100% an OpenAI issue.
I have had several users fill in help tickets this morning, nothing in my production codebase has changed, I can see from logs working fine last night, issue started this morning.

Glad it’s a consistent issue, but sure hope they resolve it quickly.
