Till today, I witnessed many kind of problems on web app on browsers because of browser extentions, plugins, scripts, cache, cookies, VPN, and so on. When you clean your browser, or turn off VPN, switch to another browser, they generally solve the problem. But it may vary. Or hallucination.
I saw problems on mobile apps very rare.
