As of 14 August, the file is not sent in half working condition, I have never encountered such a problem for months, I can’t even see what you are writing now, the page is white. Also deepl even troubled

Did you ever figure out solution. I am paid subscriber having same issue despite clearing cache, restarting computer, trying other browsers
what is going on? has anyone figured htis out. I never had a problem before
I had been facing the same issue. Zipping the files and uploading that has just worked of me

Want to second Simon — zipping the files seems to be the best approach at the moment, although it may take some extra steps to get gpt to do what you want it to do
Having same issue…not able to load any files. was working fine- but stopped working from last few days. tried multiple browser, laptops,. vpn.
even tried the zip file- the file upload is getting stuck

same problem. October 8th - uploading a zip worked but then it had issues dealing with the files.
Totally unacceptable for a company that wants to be worth hundreds of billions of dollars.
Happening still - December 23. I am unable to upload any files to the Mac app.
This method works. Zip the file first the upload. Thank you.
