Even though I have a paid version, I have been receiving similar responses all day today:
“I am still encountering issues with loading the file. It seems that there is a persistent technical problem that prevents the file from being processed”
I have followed all the recommended steps, such as logging out and back in, trying a different file type, and using a different browser, yet I am still experiencing the same issue. I can see that the file is uploaded, and I can even see its values in the chat column. Do you have any suggestions, aside from contacting support, which cannot be reached by any of the suggested methods?
