Hi. I found this happening today. I am on Linux. I tried this in Firefox and Chrome, both act the same. I guess we need to enable “Use cloud browser” switch but it’s not possible.
I guess 3 or 4 days ago it was working fine, but it was before 5.4 rollout.
Are you also on Linux? Because if it’s a Linux-specific bug, then we’re cooked.
Hi, I am having the same issue with agent mode in Colombia, Agent Mode is stuck in “thinking” and I cant enable “Use cloud browser”.
I have a workaround, is to use a US VPN and agent mode works.
Agreed, facing the same issue. Can never Toggle on the cloud browser.
even on macOS with the Brave browser, it’s not working. I can’t enable “Use cloud browser”. Tried with a VPN to the US. Same issue
Hi. I did abit of testing, and this issue persist for me across 2 different VPN connections, my normal internet and on Edge, Chrome and Firefox on Windows.

I found out, while the site is loading (which was easier because of the slow VPN speed), it’s possible to enable the cloud browser and send the message BEFORE the site is fully loaded. They seem to intentionally have disabled the feature, without telling us why.
I am having the same issue, when I try to take control of the agent browser to login, it says “Cant connect to virtual browser”
same issue still. i tried Chrome and Firefox. even when trying on Atlas browser, it allows me to toggle the ”use cloud browser” on but then gets stuck on “calling tool”. Cant find why this is happening but its very irritating and affecting my client work now.
Having the same problem, can toggle on the enable cloud web browser in agent mode.
Anybody have any ideas or solutions? I’m so glad to finally land on this and realize it’s not me! I for sure thought it was on my end. ANyone know what’s going on with it? And if there’s updates / plans for fixing the bugs? I’m super frustrated!!! Affecting my work as well!
3/30/2026 I am having the same issue, I have treid everything from using a mac to a windows to laptop to computer, and nothing is working, if anyone figures this out please let us know.
