I encountered this error when trying to log in to my ChatGPT account on my device (the app from the Play Store).

Version: 1.2024.066
My device: Oppo A55

Although I can’t log in through the app, I am still able to log in normally on the web.

How can I fix this issue?

Hey folks,
I’ve stumbled upon a workaround that might just be a game-changer for some of you, especially if you’re rocking an Android device. So, here’s the scoop:

There’s this thing called a workspace in the Miui shell, right? Well, I went ahead and set up an additional Workspace account, did some tinkering, and voilà—everything’s running smoothly on the latest version.

Now, for those facing those pesky country restrictions, kicking things off with a solid VPN seems to do the trick. My hunch is that the ChatGPT app latches onto your Android ID, and nothing short of this workaround seems to fix it. That’s probably why we’re running into all these weird errors.

If any devs out there can concoct a slick way to switch up the identifier without needing root access (and avoiding turning our phones into fancy paperweights), that’d be epic.

Same mera bhi login nhi ho Raha hai

Everyone is correct we have this issue fix it…:rage::angry::triumph::imp::smiling_imp:

I also have this problem, I can’t log in Android 14

I have found a workaround fix.
Step 1: Go to chrome and visit the chatgpt website.

Step 2: Login into the website.

Step 3: On the homescreen of the chatgpt site, Tap the ellipsis menu(3 dots) on the top right corner.

Step 4: select add to homescreen. It will prompt you to install chatgpt app. Select install and wait for it to successfully install.
And viola. You should have the app installed.

If your device is rooted you need to do the below. Thanks to someone on another thread.

Download and install Magisk module PlayIntegrityFix

Clear Data of Google Play Store, Google Services.

Reinstall Chatgpt App

If your device is rooted this will be the issue.

Thanks a lot bro. It’s work

Had the same problem today. You saved me! Thank you!

So if you’re on an iPhone, trust me, all you need to do is clear all your browsers’ caches.

I’m using an iPhone running iOS, and I tried countless methods over the course of several months. In the end, after I cleared the cache of both Safari and Chrome, it magically started working perfectly—I can log in now.

I think the reason is that when you use the ChatGPT app on your phone, the login process is actually handled in the background by a browser (Safari or Chrome, depending on which one is set as default). So the issue was with the browser’s cache.

Have a nice day~! Good luck

If your device is rooted using magisk
Go to browser and search play integrity fix.
Install the module using magisk.
Reboot.
And it is working after rebooting.
