Billing email adress only sends link to billing history with no invoice. Why do I need to assign our company accountants admin access for openai account when you can send invoice in the email…
As a business customer, OpenAI really doesn’t make it easy. Surely it can’t be difficult to send an invoice by e-mail? This feature is absolutely necessary!

And they must have some reason for this to not be a feature.
Don’t make our life hard - for small business owners these types of tasks are a nightmare. We try to automate as much as possible to be able to do our actual work and not be bogged down by administrative tasks.
Please, make the invoices be sent as automated e-mails.

We are a young biotech company and ChatGPT help us a lot in reducing time for a lot of office menial tasks as well as gathering fast info for our projects and algorithms. We also work with Google and AWS and they have a pretty neat mailing system for invoicing. It just goes directly to admin, so we don’t have to worry and go and remember how to find them and download >6months worth of invoices.

Of all the services we use this is the only one that requires me to log in and download the invoice to send to accounting

9 months and 97 replies later this is still not implemented. Absolutely unprofessional, there is plenty of competitors out there which do offer invoicing via email.
