It has already been 3 days, and we still haven’t seen any clear timeline for when it will be fixed, nor any status update from OpenAI.
@tan_quan I just posted to say it is being worked on, there are no timelines as yet, but it is in the system and will be fixed ASAP.
My business account still unable to invite workers. Wasting my money rn =((
maybe the error came from upgrade from Plus account. This morning I registry new business gpt from new email, everything is ok. And i found that, in the invitation UI, must have the “SEAT TYPE”, if not cause to error (upgrade from plus)

ôi, vậy hả, quá chán, mình mất mấy ngày với quá trời thời gian để mò đủ cách, vào devtool theo hướng dẫn của nó luôn, trên các trình duyệt, trên các máy, trên các mạng khác nhau, vananx không được. Sáng nay sêp dí quá, mình làm liêu đăng ký lại trên email mới (user free), giá rẻ hơn so với upgarde từ Plus, mà lại gửi invite thành công. Quá khó hiểu.
Em tạo mới email để đăng ký, đang invite tới người thứ 5/9 thì hiện lỗi và hôm nay hôm thứ 3 rồi vẫn ko được anh ạ, cũng thử mọi cách =((
không biết gemini workspacea có ổn không, support tốt k, chứ support như gpt này thì trong quá trình vận hành mà có sự cố không biết làm sao luôn.

I understand that troubleshooting and fixing issues takes time, but being unable to use the service after paying is really frustrating.
It looks like that really was the issue. On my side, two types of seats show up: ChatGPT and Codex Only. It seems like there’s a kind of bypass, I can invite as Codex Only, and after accepting, switch to ChatGPT, so the dev can use the license limits normally.
The only strange thing is that the limits are being drained 3–4x faster than usual.
