Documents cannot be uploaded?

I can’t upload any documents, not to chat or inside a GPT. Is there a temporary issue, is anybody else having the same problem?
Every time I try to upload a PDF, it fails.

Ye, I am having the same issue. Yesterday, 5th, I was able to upload files. Today not. I am working in the GPT builder.

Yes, I had users experiencing the same issue, not able to upload .doc files in my GPT prompt, started last night around 7:00pm PT (San Francisco) and the issue persisted until midnight when I stopped testing it.

Hello - I had this same issue for several hours last night (SF/U.S. Pacific Time). When I uploaded a few small files (.pdf and .doc) to my GPT it returned the message - "I’m unable to directly access or analyze documents. " It is still broken today.

I have same issue on my account but my friend’s work fine on same browser. Looks like it impact part of the user. Please fix.

I am still struggling with this issue even if openAI claims it is fixed ! OpenAI Status - Advanced Data Analysis failing on ChatGPT Please do something , we are paying for a service that we are not getting for more than 2 months now !
