"Unable to upload" files problem GPT-4 docx, pdf

I have encountered with the ChatGPT platform following a recent update.

Previously, I was able to upload various file types without any problems. However, since the latest update (from today), I am unable to upload any files except for executable (.exe) files. This issue persists despite my attempts to upload different types of files, none of which exceed 300 KB in size.

The update notification appeared just below the input field for commands, prompting me to click on it. Since then, I have been experiencing the upload issue.

I have tested this across multiple devices and browsers, including Safari and Chrome on macOS, Windows, and the iOS application. Additionally, I have cleared all cookies and browser history, but the problem remains unresolved on all these platforms.

I have also experienced it and I tried all browsers, FireFox, Edge, Chrome and Safari. I also tried a mix of files and none worked, As a paying subscriber I am somewhat pissed at this, should ask for a refund…

I am also unable to upload any Word document today. I am getting the “unable to upload” error message in RED.
I am able to upload PDFs without issues.

What is going on?
