Dealing with multiple charges and no GPT access

Hi everyone,

I need to share this ridiculous experience with OpenAI. On August 24th, while I was in Vietnam, I tried to purchase the Paid/Upgrade version of GPT. It didn’t work because of my location, so I tried multiple times.

Here’s the crazy part: I was charged seven times, around 70–73 ILS each time, and I still did NOT receive access. I sent all proof to support, and their reply? “We cannot find the transactions.” Seriously? Seven charges, and they “cannot find them”?

I’ve paid for the service, I expect a refund for all seven charges, and I am shocked by the lack of accountability. Has anyone else experienced something like this? How did you manage to get a ref
