Greetings. my data export download keeps failing. I’ve exported all my data 2 or 3 times now and tried to download it 2 to 4 times via each emailed data export. It seems to fail at about 180 to low 200MBs download range. i tried initiating a chat for help via platform.openai.com but have not been helped nor seen a response towards help. anyone else encounter this? anyone know of any solutions or how i can obtain assistance directly from someone at chatgpt/openai if needed? thanks.
i tried on a different browser. I tried clearing cache. i also tried messaging through platform.openai.com this is still unresolved.
