i got an email (which appears ai generated) and i still could not download my exported data after trying 3 or 4 more exports and trying to download it 2 or 3 times each export.
this is still unresolved. any solutions?
platform . openai . com shows an open chat with Nicolas but he has not responded there since March 5. This was his last reply on March 5, “If you’re experiencing issues downloading the data export, please try using a different browser or a device and also make sure to check your network. If you’re still encountering issues, please let us know and we will escalate this matter internally.”
I tried all of these so i hope this can be problem solved internally if needed, or please let me know if there are additional steps i can try.
