I have been having the same issue for the past week. I’ve tried to export several times via the ChatGPT webpage, as well as the Windows app. I have not received a single email for me to download my extract. I’ve requested exports before and didn’t have any problem, but over the past week with not a single email with the download link. I can’t chat with Support, as that link on their support page isn’t working. Anyone else having the same problem or know a resolution?
Also been trying since January and I get a unique code email to start the export process but nothing after that. Each time I leave the request for over 3 days sometimes longer when I forget about it. Never get an email with the 24 hour link.
Sorry for the slow reply! Exports can take up to 7 days, and it’s best to wait for the current request before starting another. The Privacy Portal is another way to request your data: https://help.openai.com/en/articles/7260999-how-do-i-export-my-chatgpt-history-and-data.
