I am having an issue where I simply cannot track my daily token usage as the dashboard simply never loads. Anyone else having trouble? It’s only happening on one account.
This is the error I get: “Could not fetch usage for this organization, if this issue persists please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com.”
It works one time out of 5, it’s very painful. Being able to see statistics is very important for resource management and OpenAi should do something to make it work better because it’s really a hassle
It’s a really processor intensive page as it loads a lot of data. It’s changed a bit since they rolled it out.
Are you trying to hit it multiple times repeatedly?
Are you not tracking token usage on your end?
