The Dashboard for usage shows my usage for September, and that looks correct. My usage for October from the beginning of the month until today shows no usage at all; this isn’t correct. Is there a reason why this might be happening?
Is your usage quantity free?
Check if you are enrolled in “Share inputs and outputs with OpenAI”:
https://platform.openai.com/settings/organization/data-controls/sharing
If you use qualified models under the daily limits, the main usage page will not show a dollar figure for billing that you never incurred.
Have you selected the wrong organization, or are your calls billed to an unexpected organization?

Up top near the date range, ensure that “all projects” is showing, not a disused project name. Clear out any single project. See if then you get daily costs.

Are you involved with other organizations, maybe making the API calls billed with forgotten credentials as environment variables?
Is your credit balance going down when you make a collection of API calls? No? SHHH…
We were recently bumped up to Tier 2 by OpenAI. Would that make a difference?
The tier level simply lifts your API call limits, and the amount of usage per calendar month.
It shouldn’t have anything to do with getting results of your usage, or plain breaking the usage page.
Now here’s the question: did the recording of API call expense just stop happening at a particular time? Was it there and now gone.
You can get an export file from the usage page. You can also, with an admin key, make an API call for other usage history, if you really want to dig into what is recorded.

A hard-refresh of any browser window open might be necessary to sync any cached scripts and assets of the page.
