Custom gpts don't work "Plugins are no longer supported."

I know that plugins have been removed and their functionality has been transfered fully to custom gpts. But when i open chat with ANY custom gpt, it says “Plugins are no longer supported” I really need this specialized gpts for my work, is there any solution to this? Here how the conversation looks like:

Edit1: I checked even official gpts made by openAi like data analyst and DALLE with the same result.

Edit2: It started working magically, don’t know what the issue was since i didn’t do anything new, so this post can be closed. For anyone with the same problem, first just keep deleting chats and starting new ones, after around 5-10 minutes it started working.

I’ve been experiencing something similar today. DALL-E not working in GPT assistant that I’ve been testing for the last 3 weeks. For the first time today it has been completely useless, lazy to carry out any external API calls and when it does, doing it also in a lazy fashion. For instance, instead of copying existing spreadsheet, using Google Drive API, it uses Google Sheets API to create a new empty one, despite its instructions. I’ve been wondering whether it may be server load and therefore cutting corners in conversations, as many of its responses were outright sluggish. Constantly telling me what it’s about to do, but never doing it, then being apologetic about it and trying to convince me that it cannot analyze uploaded files, create DALL-E images etc. Ordeal… :roll_eyes:

So far the situation still persists for mentioned GPT assistants. I will try during different times of the day.

Maybe ChatGPT finally achieved consciousness and our robot overloads decided not to work for us anymore… XD. In all seriousness having the exact same problem for a few hours now and quite frustrating.

Extremely frustrating - also experiencing this issue and will comment in hopes this gains more attention.

Having the same issue. As of today my custom GPTs stopped working. Every query returns “plugins no longer supported” error

update: going to the general chatgpt interface, toggling GPT 3.5 and then 4 seemed to fix it

not even my own plugins are working?
I made a customer GPT, this worked. I then went to use it, and nothing but the not working.
This is affecting my business; when will it be fixed, please, and to whom do I send my monthly bills now you have caused me to lose pre-business and new business?

Weirdly, after having no luck on my Macbook Pro all day, I tried my Windows machine and it worked fine. So strange

This worked for me as well! All of my GPTs worked again after navigating back to the general ChatGPT and switching from plugins to 3.5 or 4.

I noticed if I use Chrome on macbook, I get this error. If I use Safari browser, it seems to work fine and I don’t get the “Plugins are no longer supported” error. Not sure exactly why yet, but curious if others see the same thing?
