I am reaching out to share an issue I have been experiencing with ChatGPT-4 since October 21, 2023, and to inquire if anyone else is facing the same problem.
Since the mentioned date, I have been unable to use any plugins with ChatGPT-4. Every time I attempt to use a plugin, I receive the following error message: “ApiSyntaxError: Expected message content to be Text, got <class ‘chat.chat.Code’>”. This issue persists regardless of the plugin I try to use.
Following the failed attempt to use the plugin, ChatGPT-4 responds with a message indicating a technical issue, such as “It seems there is a technical problem with searching for information…”.
I want to clarify that I am able to see the plugins, install them, and uninstall them without any issues. The problem solely lies in the usage of the plugins. Additionally, my subscription and payments are up to date, and I have sufficient credits to use ChatGPT-4.
I am wondering if any other users are experiencing the same issue and if anyone has found a solution or workaround. Your insights and suggestions would be highly appreciated.
I hope I have posted this message in the correct category, and if not, I apologize.
Thank you in advance for your time and assistance.
Same thing here but we are a Plugin developer and our Plugin is constantly sending these errors: ApiSyntaxError: Expected message content to be Text, got <class 'chat.chat.Code'>
I shared the issue with the OpenAI support desk, but they still haven’t helped us with the issue. For three days, we haven’t been able to use the plugins, and we haven’t even received any feedback, even though we reported the situation. This is unbelievable…
Same problems here… Using canva, etc. Only dalle-3 integration seems to work.
Every other plugin gives the: ApiSyntaxError: Expected message content to be Text, got <class 'chat.chat.Code'>
error
