If “full feature parity” means exactly what it says, then everything that could be done with plugins should also be possible with GPTs.
I think I needed to pay more attention and respond accordingly.

I am also experiencing this. I was using webpilot.
Now when I open the webpilot GPT as a new session and send a prompt, the GPT session reverts back to ChatGPT Plugins in the drop down and returns the error “Plugins are no longer supported.”
I have tried, shift refreshing, logging out and then back in, restarting the browser, and trying different browsers, but it appears to be an account-level bug.
Plug-ins have been deprecated.
This feature will not return. If anything will change then the option to select the Plug-ins will disappear from the UI. The fact that this is still visible in some cases is the bug here.
