CRITICAL ISSUE: No warning if Auto-billing is disabled

We wondered for hours why we got “quota exceed” error #429 while only testing the API a little bit.

No info in the account profile. We had to dig deep in the control panel to figure out that our credit card was not used because auto-billing was disabled.

You guys should issue a corresponding error code or at least add prominent warnings in the control panel.

Theoretically, you should have gotten an email, although not everybody did, apparently.
