Error code 429 when no usage shown in dashboard this month

  • paying user
  • tier 3
  • sending request 12 per minute. less than 6000 tokens per minute.
  • blocked for more than 24 hours.
  • budget being 121 USD/month and haven’t used even 1 USD this month.
  • haven’t had even 1 successful call since yesterday.
  • API status page says everything works fine today.

keep getting errors:
RateLimitError: Error code: 429 - {‘error’: {‘message’: ‘You exceeded your current quota, please check your plan and billing details. For more information on this error, read the docs:’, ‘type’: ‘insufficient_quota’, ‘param’: None, ‘code’: ‘insufficient_quota’}}

they changed a lot of accounts to prepaid :confused:

curious which maybe the why, are you buying credit or do you have a card on file? I dont have this issue but I am linked to cash source, so wonder if its related to if its linked to a source or prepaid.
