Hi,
I am using API in my app. I have registered my credit card on the account. This month there is invoice of 0.61$ (i.e. 61 cents). I am based in Singapore and so my card is from Singapore.
System says payment is failed. How can I pay.

Card and payment issues should be delt with via the OpenAI Help Centre in the bottom right corner is a message icon. 
click the icon and enter your issue, the bot will take your details and a member of the account support team will get back to you, it may take several weeks due to the number of people currently using the system.
